The elections are over and I am heartened and humbled by your turn out in support of my candidacy. Although I ran unopposed I conducted my campaign as if I had the strongest possible of opponents. You, the voters, deserved no less. I also want to express my deepest thanks to all who worked on my campaign. Your tireless efforts were greatly appreciated.

While I was disappointed that neither Rick Jones, nor Betty Dixon, nor Valerie Young were elected to the school board I am pleased that Tina Vick was re-elected. She will be a strong ally on council for what needs to be done in the upcoming months and years.

I look forward to the challenges that await us and promise to continue to work for the best interest of all our citizens and will do my best to keep you informed at all times.
